Weightlifting coaching sessions
Our weightlifting coaching makes up most of our schedule, you book in for an hour slot on the calendar and will be coached through either a predetermined technical session or your own programme.
This operates like an open gym, where you can come in at any point and receive coaching for the hour.
Beginners can still attend, but be aware the coach must spread time equally between who is in the gym at that time.
*we do advice compete beginners book a few 121 sessions first to get the basics of technique down before joining the group environment.
With our weightlifting coaching, we offer 3 distinct memberships to cover all budget options. as shown below:

1 or 2 sessions per week
1 Session/ week - £40/ month
2 Sessions/ week - £60/month

£80 / month - come as much as you want!
