About AMG Lifting Lab
AMG Lifting lab is a weightlifting club in Warrington, Cheshire that solely focuses on teaching and coaching the Olympic sport of Weightlifting .
Its my dream to offer a club that is inclusive to all ages and abilities, which over the years is something we’ve always succeeded at with members from ages 7 up to those in their 60s and everything in between.
Although open to all ages an abilities my background as a primary school teacher has always played into the club focusing on developing youth athletes, I love working with younger athletes as they develop and building them into the athletes they want to be.
This has been recognised by our national governing body, British Weightlifting, as the only club on the national talent academy programme in the north west of England currently.
We pride ourselves on providing the best experience, and that comes down to both coaching and have the highest quality equipment too, from our technique bars to our IWF approved competition bars and plates.
